Kildare Medical Center - Customer since 2005
CJM Electrical was engaged by Kildare Medical Centre to upgrade and modernise key lighting and electrical systems.
Works included enhancing stairway lighting for improved safety and visual appeal, upgrading the front signage to energy-efficient LED lighting, and installing temporary COVID-19 testing suites during the pandemic.
We continue to provide ongoing maintenance and electrical upgrades for the facility, ensuring reliable performance and compliance with healthcare standards.

Residential House in North West Sydney - Customer since 2009
CJM Electrical completed a modernisation project for a private residence, upgrading key systems to enhance both functionality and security.
Works included replacing the existing LED lighting with low-glare, high-efficiency LEDs, wiring and installing a CCTV security system, and integrating a video intercom accessible remotely via mobile app.
We also upgraded the home to a smart switching system, giving the client full control over lighting and power both onsite and remotely.
This upgrade delivered improved comfort, energy efficiency, and peace of mind through modern smart home integration.
Office Upgrade in Epping - Customer since 2011
CJM Electrical was contracted to complete a full electrical upgrade for a commercial office space in Epping.
The project involved a complete strip-out of the existing electrical infrastructure, taking the space back to its structural core to allow for a full redesign and expansion.
Originally designed as three office suites, we reconfigured and rewired the space to accommodate eight individual suites. Works included upgrading the main switchboards, installing energy-efficient LED lighting throughout, and providing additional power-points to suit each new tenancy.
This project was delivered to a high standard, supporting increased functionality, energy efficiency, and future scalability.
CCTV Camera Installation - Customer since 2010
CJM Electrical was contracted to New Life, an apartment suite complex in Pyrmont, to install 43 CCTV cameras using Dahua equipment, enabling the property manager to access video footage conveniently from their phone.
We continue to provide maintenance for 198 cameras on the site, ensuring continuous and reliable performance. The installation was tailored to meet the specific security needs of the complex, delivering comprehensive coverage and scalable solutions.
